This week I have made progress on my project. Over the week I arranged a meeting with the nurse to go over questions she wanted to include into her feedback form. To start I generated a QR that linked up to a feedback I made on Jotform. Here I created a feedback which the idea was after a student has their appointment with he nurse they would scan the QR the nurse has on her desk and fill out a feedback form about their appointment. The idea of this is that nurse can look back over honest feedback from the students and see if there is anything she can improve during the appointments. The nurse wanted the form to be short and sweet. More tick the box kind of questions.  Her wishes were "I think it will be quick and short with just a tick the box answer with very satisfied, satisfied, neutral, unsatisfied and very unsatisfied across the top.   PROJECT 14  WEEK FIVE  OVERVIEW  This week I am starting develop this project. So far, I have create a QR code for the instagram. This week I am doing up Q&A questions for the instagram story and I am creating another QR code with a feedback form.   I meet up with Irene, my supervisor on campus to go over a few parts to my scope document and make sure everything was ready to be submitted. My deliverable section she said needed to be more details and in bullet points rather than one big paragraph.  Here are some screenshots of my scope document. This research is about the nurses background search and more. So this week I plan to conduct more research on the nurse and her jobs around campus.   PROJECT 14  WEEK FOUR  OVERVIEW  This week I wrote up my scope documentation and reviewed it with Irene and Deirdre. Once they were both happy with the scope, I took it upon myself to start working on the project.  A few things were changed about what the project would entail. I was now to create two QR codes, one which will direct you to the instagram and another that will direct you to a feedback that will be given to derides clients after their consultation. This week I am creating the QR code for the instagram. I am also advertising the instagram by starring in my my social media for my fellow TUD students to follow. This will give the nurse more followers and have more interaction with the nurse. I will also do up some questions that I will post on a Q&A on the instagram page to get more interaction between the students and the nurse.  The nurse is happy with the scope document and likes everything I will do to gain more visibility for her office.  QR CODE FOR INSTAGRAM 

 PROJECT 14  WEEK THREE  OVERVIEW  It's a beginning of a new week. I am waiting to do a teams call with Irene later today at 3pm. I was in contact with Deidre already tis morning and we have arranged to meet on campus this Friday to commence this project. We have our ideas and the plans in our heads, now I need to get started.  For the TUD blanchardstown nurse instagram page I want to create more interaction with the students. I want to set up and Q&A, allow the students to ask the nurse questions without having to go and see her in person but to rather ask her online. Generate a QR code to given have on a new poster around campus so that when people scan the QR code they can book appointments etc. I have yet to ask Deidre how students and staff can book into seeing her and if theres a way to make it easier on students and staff. PROJECT 14 WEEK TWO  OVERVIEW  This week I set up a meeting with the nurse where we got down to work and spoke more in detail about our next move for this project. I also had a meeting with Irene who is my supervisor, I told her how my meeting went with Deidre. I explained how she wants a tiktok and the instagram updated but the problem was after I've finished the project deidre would forget how to continue building up the instagram and the work I've done would mean nothing. So, Irene gave me this idea where I'd create short videos of me uploading stuff on instagram and all the interactive stuff we want to combine. I would record myself doing all of it so if Deidre forgot, she could look back over the videos as a reminder.  I would love to create a new poster for the nurse and hang it up around the college. From experience of being on campus I don't see much hung up about the nurse and so I'd love to give it a bit of updating. 

PROJECT 14  WEEK ONE   OVERVIEW To start off my project I got in contact with the Blanchardstown Nurse, Deirdre. Deidre was who I was going to be working with throughout the making of this project. I emailed her, we set up a  meeting. In the meeting she told me about her job on campus, what social media platforms she has set up etc. The main objective of the project is to add to the social media, get more people involved, more people knowing where the nurse is based, how to set up appointments with her and in general, just more TUD students knowing about the nurse. She has an instagram set up where she posts regularly about events, her dogs, covid info and more. She told me that she was interested setting up a tiktok account, this would take a lot of work but definitely could be a success. She also would love to see her instagram being expanded, more followers, using more interactive stuff on instagram etc.  Gathering as much information as possible about my client is the key goal this
